Bad service

I updated my policy this morning. Now another problem has occurred and you refuse to help me cos of this. I am a vulnerable customer and in a mess because of your stupidity. I should be covered on old policy until tomorrow but you refuse to help. AND your staff hang up when I phoned back twice. Wait until you see my reviews. You are incompetent.
