Is the call-out fee charged when I arrange an annual service?

No, we don't charge a call-out fee for our annual service visits.

It's worth noting, that if our engineer comes across a fault during the annual boiler service visit that is not directly related to the service itself, and your chosen policy includes a call-out fee, this fee will be applicable before we return to address the unrelated fault.
