Cancelling within the 14-day cooling-off period:
If you’re within 14 days of your contract start date, we can cancel your Cover Package immediately.
Cancelling outside the cooling-off period:
If the cooling-off period has passed, don’t worry we will guide you through the next steps. We’ll provide you with information about any applicable cancellation fees and help you complete the process.
Important information about cancellation fees:
- If you’ve had an annual boiler service, a £90 cancellation fee will apply.
- If you’ve had a landlord gas safety check, the fee will be £120.
- If you’ve made a claim, you’ll be liable for the remainder of your contract.
